Services
We provide the subfloor screw and sand services builders need before finished flooring, tile, hardwood, vinyl, or underlayment is installed.
Screws are added throughout the entire floor to help secure panels to the joists. We focus on consistent spacing, making sure no joists are missed, and tightening down areas that could move later. We use Muro screws and specialty screw guns to help fasten subfloors efficiently and consistently.
Subfloor seams can leave ridges and high spots where sheets meet. Sanding the seams helps flatten the surface and creates a cleaner base for the finished floor.

Subfloor preparation is an important step before finished flooring goes down. Tightening the floor and sanding uneven seams helps create a better surface for the next stage of construction.

We use 8-inch drum sanders for subfloor seam sanding instead of relying on small edgers. The larger drum sander helps cover seams efficiently and provides a more consistent sanding path. We also use Muro screws and specialty screw guns to fasten subfloors quickly, cleanly, and consistently.
Builder sites run on schedules. We understand the importance of showing up, working cleanly, finishing efficiently, and helping keep the project moving.
